Cygwin은 윈도우 환경에서 유닉스(리눅스) 계열을 사용하기 위한 에뮬레이터로 보시면 될것 같습니다.
사용환경에 따라 원하는 패키지를 선택 설치하면 되는데, 아래 설치방법은 rsync를 사용하기 위해 아래와 같은 패키지를 설치 했습니다.
Net -> rsync
Net -> openssh
다른 용도를 사용하신다면 원하는 패키지를 추가설치하면 됩니다.
